The support of our corporate partners is critical to the work of the Australian Childood Foundation. Likewise, we like to think that our partnership provides our partners with many advantages including helping to motivate and inspire staff which increases productivity and reduces staff turnover; building brand awareness; and, engaging the community.

Research has proven that consumers prefer to engage with organisations that have a strong and active corporate social responsbility strategy.

Fact

Last year there were more than 872 new reports of child abuse per day. That equates to one child reported abused or neglected every two minutes.

The number of children living away from their family for their own protection has almost tripled from 13 979 in 1996 to 31 166 in 2008.

The number of referrals to the Australian Childhood Foundation has increased by 20 per cent during the 2008/2009 Financial Year.
